Lincolnshire is lucky enough to have many government supported Innovation Centres, Enterprise Centres and Managed Workspaces. Below are details of some of them.
Mablethorpe Business Centre
Mablethorpe Business Centre is aimed at small businesses who recognise the attraction and convenience of modern premises combined with all the essential support services they may need being available under one roof. The centre provides a serviced reception, professional conference facilities, advanced broadband connectivity and a range of tenant support services which will enable small businesses to develop and expand over time.

Mercury House, Gainsborough
Mercury House is a modern, purpose built Incubation and Innovation Centre which offers full reception facilities - including telephone answering service, post, fax, and photocopying service with first class conferencing facilities. It offers a range of Office Suites with business support from its dedicated Business Innovation Officer, and regular events with Business Link and other business support organisations.
These state of the art facilities include high speed broadband, free car parking, and fully fitted kitchens and shared communal seating. Flexible conference suites on the first floor can accommodate 50 people theatre style or can be split into two rooms. the Apollo suite sits 20 people boardroom style.

Sparkhouse Studios, Lincoln
Sparkhouse Studios is an incubation centre for fledgling media and creative companies that is situated on the University of Lincoln's Brayford campus. The centre offers both virtual tenancy and modern office units with broadband internet access, digital telephone system, and full use of the meeting room facilities. All tenants have access to business planning advice, mentoring, financal services, training and workshops, networking opportunities and access to specialist support (e.g.: legal and technical advice).

The Terrace, Lincoln
The Terrace is dedicated to people and businesses in the creative sector, situated in the heart of Lincoln’s Cultural Quarter, on the corner of Grantham Street and Flaxengate. Offices and workshops are available to rent on ‘easy in, easy out terms’ with only one month notice needed to vacate the premises. The rents start from £2374 a year for the smallest office and go up to £21,000 for the largest. All rents are inclusive. The Terrace benefits from communal areas and well-equipped meeting rooms, which can be hired at affordable rates, as well as a café/bar, Café Portico, with seating for around 40 people, which provides an excellent additional facility for informal meetings. The Terrace also has virtual postboxes available.

Fairfield Enterprise Centre, Louth
Fairfield Enterprise Centre is a business incubator located on Louth's Fairfield Industrial Estate. Designed to engage with, facilitate growth and ‘spin out’ new and innovative businesses we provide modern, air-conditioned offices (inclusive of broadband connectivity and serviced reception) at affordable costs. Along with packages of virtual support the centre provides an incubator ‘Pod’ facility based on 4 'micro businesses' sharing an office; their individual 'pod' is sectioned off to provide a compact work area, providing an individual work hub for each business. The centre has professional conferencing facilities and access to a portfolio of business advice and support.
